CetraRuddy Architects from New York City have built an apartment block in the rapidly changing Hunters point neighborhood in Queens, striving high on one side just to leave room for a generous plot of green on the other.

This is beautiful architecture in Long Island City. I’m really happy that the developers included an outdoor common area for residents. It really does add that extra touch.

I suppose its not for everyone but I love the building. I think it makes both a strong and unique statement.
